Helping you maintain integrity in your work!
Consultation groups provide practitioners with an opportunity to receive support and feedback from their peers. This helps practitioners to reflect on their practices and to identify areas for improvement, reducing the likelihood of mistakes or harm to clients.
Participants in consultation groups can share their best practices and experiences with one another. This helps practitioners to learn from each other and to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and approaches, reducing the risk of errors or harm.
Consultation groups provide practitioners with opportunities to stay up to date on ongoing and new training. This helps practitioners to stay current on the latest research and advancements in the field, reducing the risk of mistakes or harm.
Consultation groups can help practitioners navigate ethical and legal issues related to their work, reducing the risk of violations that could lead to harm or liability.
The process of self-reflection and integration that is encouraged in consultation groups can help practitioners to be more aware of their thoughts, feelings, and intentions, reducing the likelihood of acting unconsciously or impulsively in ways that may contaminate the client's container.
Consultation groups can help to build a supportive community of like-minded practitioners. This fosters a sense of belonging and helps practitioners to feel valued and appreciated in their work. It also provides a space for individuals to share their challenges and successes, reducing the risk of burnout and promoting overall well-being, which in turn can lead to better client outcomes

The first hour consists of a case presentation for psychedelic facilitators typically includes a detailed account of the client's personal history, current mental state, and any relevant medical conditions or medications. The facilitator should also provide information about the medicine work, set and setting of the client/session, as well as any unexpected experiences or challenges that arose during the session.
The second hour allows space for open discussion around other topics, themes and brief consultation topics for anyone and everyone in the group to offer up for feedback. All questions are welcome here and no question is a stupid question, we are all learning together and at some point have gotten stuck where you are. You might be met with resources, referrals or suggestions from your peers. At the very least, you'll receive support around your open discussion share.
In case consultation, a structured container refers to a safe, supportive, and confidential space for exploring the case. It involves setting agendas, group agreements, and establishing a shared understanding of the goals and objectives of the consultation

Our groups are closed, seats are reserved for 8-10 facilitators and we've intentionally made it that way to ensure a cohesive community building space. When you join a cohort, you will be committed to 3 months, which is 6 groups in total that meet every other week.
Each group meets for 2 hours, agendas are sent out ahead of time so you can orient yourself to the space and structured in a way that allows a beautiful flow of discussion and collaboration.
You will be assigned to a cohort of 8-10 medicine practitioners and will also be plugged into the larger community of other facilitators, in other cohorts through our signal group.
Professionals of different backgrounds, different degrees of experience, different approaches to the work and united through the medicine space.
We are committed to ethical practices and responsible facilitation.
We are choosing to lead as psychedelics become more mainstream in order to impact the paradigm shift.
We will keep you informed of when we are accepting new members for consultation.
